Returns & Refunds Policy

At Turmeric Soap, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In the original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, or damaged items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at turmeric-soap@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
We will provide you with the return instructions once your request is approved.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
