1. Domestic Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: Available for qualifying orders.
- Flat Rate Shipping: Applied at checkout for all other orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s).
2. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
Turmeric Soap is not liable for any products lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
3. Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
